My Story

I was born and raised in Upstate New York.  After graduating high school and obtaining my AA degree, I moved to sunny San Diego, California.  I enjoyed the warm weather and the ocean, but life happened and in 2007 I moved back to the East Coast to Virginia Beach, VA.   I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University and opened up my first practice as a therapist in 2015.  I moved back to Upstate New York in 2018.  I am very excited to be out of the heat and humidity.

I have a passion and enthusiasm for guiding clients through the journey of finding balance and happiness in their life through solutions-based therapy. I have had the privilege of working with Active Duty military, Veterans and First Responders for over 6 years through my work as a Mental Health Evaluator with the Tidewater Critical Incident Stress Management team and as a military spouse of 16 years. I know how stress, anxiety, and the unknown can affect a person and their family. Let's chat and see how I can help you.
